I ordered more than 15 days ago and I still haven't received anything!

As indicated in our T&Cs as well as when ordering, our delivery times are between 8 to 18 days. Just be patient, your order will arrive soon.

I only received part of my order. Is this normal?

Yes it's normal. We work with different suppliers who have different delivery times. As soon as the products are ready, they are shipped to you to shorten your wait. You will therefore receive your order in several packages.

Do you have a physical store?

We only sell on our online store.

Will I receive Spam if I give you my email address?
