In accordance with Articles L 121-20-1 to L 121-20-10 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from the date of delivery of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Simply contact us at contact@comptoirtemplier.com within 14 days to inform us of the issue encountered. Only shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
